Service Booking and Payment Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website. Service charges start from ₹150 and vary based on the nature of the work. All charges will be communicated transparently before starting the service. Payment can be made via UPI, cash, or approved digital methods. 4. Technician Verification All AC Buddy technicians are: Background verified Trained and experienced Equipped with proper tools We strive to maintain a professional and courteous workforce. 5. Same-Day Service Same-day service is available but subject to availability and booking time. We will inform you if the earliest available slot is on the following day. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Bookings can be rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled slot at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before a scheduled appointment may incur a nominal cancellation fee. 7. Warranties & Service Guarantee Select services (like gas refilling or installation) come with limited warranties (typically 30–90 days). Details will be mentioned on the invoice. Issues arising from misuse, third-party interference, or lack of maintenance are not covered under warranty. 8. Customer Responsibilities You agree to: Provide accurate service location and contact information. Ensure a safe working environment for technicians. Pay the agreed-upon charges upon completion of service. Refrain from unlawful or abusive behavior toward technicians or staff. 9. Limitation of Liability While we ensure the highest service quality: AC Buddy is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any issues must be reported within the warranty period for rectification. 10.
